Mermaid Tips | NOTD

I felt the urge to post about my nails last week, i loved them and i haven't done a NOTD on this blog. I had a bit of a dilemma deciding what to paint my nails with, and i ended up going for two Barry M colours, Cyan Blue and Aqua Glitter. I rarely wear glitter on my nails as its a bugger to take off, it rips the cotton bud and it takes 20 minutes, such a bore. 
I bought the glitter a few months ago and i haven't worn it yet, i felt bad for it (anyone else feel bad for inanimate objects you don't use for a while?) so i decided i needed to show it some love. I have many shades of blue and Cyan Blue turned out to be the closest to Aqua Glitter so it wasn't too obvious underneath the glitter. 

After id done them i couldn't stop staring at them, i found it hard to get the real effect on camera so imagine this but ten times more amazing! I felt like a Mermaid, it reminded me of the sea and it was so pretty! It lasted really well too, about 10 days which is good for Barry M. 

I shall have to re do this in the summer, i love it so much!
